DENTAL CLINIC

Patients are booked (link) for DENTAL in the clinic for an appointment.

The Record personnel will require the patient’s data for registration as a new patient. Only after clearing with the front desk personnel will the patient be ushered in to see the doctor.

The CLINIC days are:

Tuesday to friday 4pm –8pm

Saturday/Sunday: 8am – 2pm

All payments are made at the account section of the Clinic and receipts issued consequently.

ECG

ELECTROCARDIOGRAPHY (ECG)

Patients are booked (link) to have ECG in the clinic for an appointment.

The Record personnel will require the patient’s data for registration as a new patient. Only after clearing with the front desk personnel will the patient be ushered in to see the doctor.

After the ECG, the results are explained and given to the patient with advice.

The visiting times for ECG are:

Morning 11am –2pm

Evening: 4pm – 6pm

All payments are made at the account section of the Clinic and receipts issued consequently.

Patient should go to the Radiology building for their ECG

Physiotherapy

Patients can only book for an appointment for Physiotherapy sections.

When you come to the Clinic, you are expected to meet the personnel at the Record officer and indicate your interest to see the Physiotherapist.

The Record personnel will require your data for registration as a new patient and bill you before logging you in to see the Physiotherapist.

You will be ushered in to see the doctor after clearance with the Record personnel.

During consultation, the parent/guardian/child (for those who can speak) will be asked some questions in order to make accurate diagnosis. The doctor will inform you of any necessary laboratory test to be carried out, should the need arise. During consultation a patient will be informed if he/she will be admitted or treated as an outpatient.

At the laboratory a specialist will draw the specimen necessary for the test, bill you for it and inform you of the time to collect the results. Laboratory Results are printed and given to patients.

The doctor makes a diagnosis based on the laboratory results gotten where necessary and sends you to the pharmacy. At the pharmacy drugs are given to you and billed.

All payments are made at the account section in order to carry out required services.

Subsequent visits do not require registration. But you will be asked by the Record Personnel to present the hospital number given to you during registration.

Pre-employment Check

The Pre-employment check package of Reemee Medicare offers organizations health check for prospective staff on demand. It does not require appointments and can be done 24hours a day.

The Record Personnel will require patient’s data for registration, which will be billed for and only after clearing with the front desk personnel will the patient be ushered in to see a doctor.

The doctor refers the patient to the Laboratory Department of Clinic which collects samples and informs the patient when the results will be ready.

The doctor explains and gives the result to the patient, as well as advice accordingly. Patient will be placed on treatment should it be required.

Wellness: Complete Adult Health Check

Reemee Medicare package offer adults primary health care in the Clinic. Our Complete adult health check package is provided as follows:

Patients can only book for an appointment or visit the Clinic to see a doctor at all times.

The Record personnel will require the patient’s data for registration as a new patient. Only after clearing with the Record personnel will the patient be ushered in to see the doctor.

During consultation, the patient will be asked some questions in order to make accurate diagnosis. The doctor will inform you of any necessary laboratory test to be carried out, should the need arise. During consultation a patient will be informed if he/she will be admitted into the Clinic or treated as an outpatient.

Domiciliary Care (Home Services)

Reemee Medicare offers complete home services to clients on demand. It does not require appointments and can be done 24hours a day.

The Health Record officer will require patient’s data for registration, which will be billed for and only after clearing with the front desk personnel will the patient be visited by a medical officer.

The doctor refers the patient to the Laboratory Department of Clinic which collects samples and informs the patient when the results will be ready.

The doctor explains and gives the result to the patient, as well as advice accordingly. Patient will be placed on treatment should it be required.

All payments are made at the account section of the Clinic and receipts issued consequently. (Always ensure that a receipt is issued for any service rendered to you).

Ultrasound Scan

The Record personnel will require the patient’s data for registration as a new patient. Only after clearing with the front desk personnel will the patient be ushered in to see the doctor.

After the ultrasound scan the results are explained and given to the patient with advice.

The visiting times for Ultrasonography are:

Morning 11am –2pm

Evening: 4pm – 6pm

antenatal

Antenatal Care

All Antenatal booking is on Fridays from 8am to 12pm.

The Record personnel will require the patient’s data for registration as a new patient. Only after clearing with the front desk personnel will the patient be ushered in to see the Matron who will start the booking procedures.

After finishing with matron, patient is being sent to the Medical Laboratory and Ultrasound unit for routine test and obstetric imaging to ascertain the Gestational Age of the Foetus.

After the ultrasound scan and Lab test, the results are explained to the patient with advice.

The visiting times for Ultrasonography are:

Morning 11am –2pm

Evening: 4pm – 6pm

For newly registered client, an amount of N10,200 will be charged which covers Routine Lab Test,(PCV,Hepatitis B, Urinalysis,Blood group, genotype, HIV, VDRL) with 2 ultrasound scan and routine ANC drugs.

For those that intend to be cared by the Consultant Gynaecoloist, N1,000 will be charged in every visit (NHIS inclusive).

Important Notice: The consultant only see 30 patient a day (Saturdays)

Immunization and Childcare

Our Immunization date is Wednesday By 8am to 11am

Health Talk starts by 9am. Patient are advise to come on time in other to Gain more Knowledge on the importance of Immunizing thier Children.
